Official Reporting Channels

How and when to lodge complaints. Always report through official channels — never act on rumours.

  • 24 HoursReport suspected fraud or irregularities to the Electoral Commission within 24 hours of the incident.
  • 48 HoursFile any election result challenge with the Judicial Council within 48 hours (Art 42a).
  • At PollsRaise polling-day complaints directly with the EC officer on site (Art 40e).
  • AlwaysRefer disputes to EC / Judicial Council — do not announce unofficial outcomes.
